ACCESS RESTRICTED

The CloudApper API isn't self-serve — and that's by design.

CloudApper's API is the live bridge between our platform and every system of record it runs on top of — HR, ERP, CRM, and beyond. Because that bridge can read and write directly into a customer's core enterprise systems, we don't open it to the public. Access is provisioned per-partner, after a technical and security review.

Why the API is closed by default

Every CloudApper workflow sits between a customer's system of record and the real work happening inside their organization. An open, public API endpoint into that layer would mean anyone could probe the same surface that moves live HR, ERP, and CRM data — that's a risk to every organization running on CloudApper, not just one account.

Instead, we grant scoped, authenticated access to each partner individually, matched to the systems they actually connect to. It's slower than a public docs page — and it's the reason organizations trust CloudApper to sit this close to their core systems in the first place.

Reviewed, not assumed

Every integration is scoped to the specific HR, ERP, or CRM systems a partner runs — nothing broader.

Credentialed access only

Keys are issued after setup, tied to a named integration, and can be rotated or revoked on request.
