Product Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and quickly develop solutions.
  • Conducting web sessions with potential leads, partners, and customers to assess their business process, existing solutions and their pain points, and evaluate the possibilities of both parties’ benefits from the opportunity.
  • Analyze the risks and drawbacks of new opportunities to save wastage of resources and time investment.
  • Brainstorm ideas for the product roadmap and increasing sales through different channels.
  • Understanding the new feature releases of our product and designing the roadmap in alignment with customer needs.
  • Develop a deeper product-market understanding.
  • Researching the weaknesses and strengths of our competitors.
  • Identify product gaps needed to solve real-world issues that our customers are facing.
  • Coordinate among developers and non-technical team members for a smoother execution of large projects to guarantee delivery of projects within deadline.
  • Be the expert in using data to measure and analyze business performance
  • Explore business issues/opportunities, uncover insights and/or identify targeted areas for business growth.
  • Monitor key metrics and alert the business on potential issues
  • Perform ad-hoc business analysis to drill down on certain business challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in CSE / MIS / Business Administration from any reputed Public/ Private University.
  • Minimum 2+ years of working experience in a technical product management or analyst role, having the knowledge of technology services, digital media, web analytics, marketing optimization, or subscription business focused on the data space.
  • Experience in a SaaS product will get preference.
  • Strong written & verbal communication and presentation skills in English, extraordinary listening skills.
  • Ability to understand & convey complex requirements in a clear, concise, and credible manner
  • Deep analytical abilities, strong out-of-the-box thinking, curious business and technical demeanor, and an ability to drive action
  • Working knowledge on Relational Databases & REST APIs will be considered as a plus.
  • Know how to manage priorities and work with short deadlines.
  • Highly adaptable to a dynamically changing work environment.
