01 — The Role

You'll lead delivery for enterprises modernizing on CloudApper.

CloudApper is the platform that helps enterprises modernize what they already have — build new apps, extend legacy systems, and close the gaps their software leaves behind. We already run inside 300+ enterprises worldwide. Every one of those deployments is led by a Project Manager who owns delivery end to end. We're hiring the next one.

02 — What You'll Actually Do

Own delivery end-to-end for enterprise SaaS clients.

You'll lead software implementation and client delivery for CloudApper's AI and SaaS solutions, working directly with engineering, product, and client success teams to ship deployments that clients trust.

A typical week for you might look like:

▸Kicking off a discovery call with a Fortune 500 team and scoping their requirements

▸Breaking a 12-week integration into milestones inside Jira, Asana, or Monday.com

▸Facilitating a requirements session and turning client needs into actionable engineering tickets

▸Coordinating with Solution engineers, QA, and integration specialists to keep timelines tight

▸Running a client-facing progress review, then a change request triage right after

▸Wrapping the week with documentation, sign-offs, and next-sprint planning

You'll own the full cycle: Discovery → Development → Deployment → Support

03 — What We're Looking For

Sharp, calm, and comfortable running multiple projects at once.

✓

3+ years in project management, SaaS, software delivery, or enterprise solutions

✓

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related (MBA is a bonus)

✓

Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, REST integrations, and cloud deployment concepts

✓

Hands-on with Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com

✓

Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum

✓

Sharp communicator. You can hold a room with engineers and clients on the same day

✓

Analytical and calm under pressure, comfortable with multiple projects in parallel

Bonus Points If You:

Delivered SaaS projects for HCM, HRIS, or workforce management platforms (UKG, SAP, Workday, ADP)
Worked on integration flows across ERP, Payroll, or HR systems
Earned a PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification
