Responsibilities

As a Solution Specialist, you will be at the forefront of crafting ingenious software solutions using a diverse array of cutting-edge CloudApper tools. These tools encompass a spectrum of functionalities, including logics and analytics, comprehensive reporting mechanisms, advanced automation and workflows as well as seamless integration with external systems.

  • Build web and mobile applications on the CloudApper platform based on client requirements
  • Develop a solid understanding of our CloudApper (www.cloudapper.ai) product offerings to onboard new accounts
  • Build strong relationships with our global clients to understand their needs and deliver the maximum value of CloudApper
  • Serve as the main point of contact throughout onboarding and also liaison between clients and the rest of the CloudApper team
  • Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in CloudApper
  • Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product
  • Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams on CloudApper methodologies so they become increasingly self-sufficient
  • Navigate client organizations to uncover additional product applications & opportunities for partnership
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally by engaging in internal product discussions, translating customer usage and feedback into actionable insights, and feature ideas
  • Partner with the Sales team on upselling and expansion opportunities

Requirements & Preferences

  • Decent understanding of at least one programming language and RESTful APIs.
  • Candidates with experience in English public speaking, debating, or anchoring will be given preference.
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS/CSE or any Engineering background. MBA from a reputed university will be an added bonus.
  • 1+ years of global client management experience
  • Sales experience at a B2B technology company will get preference
  • Must be detail-oriented and passionate about creating unique solutions to complex business problems
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility
  • Propensity to work well with others in a team environment
  • Positive attitude combined with an amiable personality
