Responsibilities

Develop a solid understanding of our CloudApper (www.cloudapper.ai) product offerings to onboard new accounts

Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships throughout their entire lifecycle

Serve as the main point of contact throughout onboarding and also liaison between clients and the rest of the CloudApper team

Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in CloudApper

Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product

Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams on CloudApper methodologies so they become increasingly self-sufficient

Serve as the voice of the customer internally by engaging in internal product discussions, translating customer usage and feedback into actionable insights, and feature ideas

Partner with the Sales team on upselling and expansion opportunities

Requirements & Preferences

Strong verbal English proficiency with excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Tech-savvy and passionate about staying updated on the latest digital trends and technologies

A background in engineering or a degree in Business Administration (BBA) is preferred from a reputable university.

Adaptable to a dynamic work environment changes

1+ years of global client management experience

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.

Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility

Propensity to work well with others in a collaborative team environment

Positive attitude combined with an amiable personality
