Responsibilities
As a Solution Specialist, you will be at the forefront of crafting ingenious software solutions using a diverse array of cutting-edge CloudApper tools. These tools encompass a spectrum of functionalities, including logics and analytics, comprehensive reporting mechanisms, advanced automation and workflows as well as seamless integration with external systems.
- Build web and mobile applications on the CloudApper platform based on client requirements
- Develop a solid
understanding of our
CloudApper (www.cloudapper.ai) product
offerings to onboard
new
accounts
- Build strong
relationships with our
global clients to understand their needs and deliver the maximum value of CloudApper
- Serve as the main point
of contact
throughout onboarding and also liaison between clients and the rest of the CloudApper
team
- Empower customers to
connect their
goals and challenges with the solution in CloudApper
- Lead online webinars,
consultations,
and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product
- Coach customers to be
product experts
and train their teams on CloudApper methodologies so they become increasingly
self-sufficient
- Navigate client
organizations to
uncover additional product applications & opportunities for partnership
- Serve as the voice of
the customer
internally by engaging in internal product discussions, translating customer usage and
feedback into
actionable insights, and feature ideas
- Partner with the Sales team on upselling and expansion opportunities
